Q:How often should I have my carpets cleaned?
A:
Most carpet manufacturers recommend professional carpet cleaning every 12-24 months or it voids the factory warranty. (which is usually 20 years or more!) But always check your carpet warranty for cleaning frequency requirements and always ask for an IICRC Certified cleaning technician.
First time using Impressions.
Sent out area rug for cleaning and arranged for office and stairs to be cleaned when rug was delivered.
Area rug was like new and office and stairs look terrific.
No pun intended, but we were very impressed by the entire process and results. Extremely communicative and professional. We have used others in the past but never again.

I recently had my carpeting cleaned by Impressions. They did a great job! A family-owned, local company, they spend time with you and explain every step of their cleaning process, and the office staff provided great customer service. The team that came to my house, Chris and Dominic, were professional, friendly, knowledgable, and conscientious.
I had another company previously, and they left my once soft, beautiful carpet a crunchy mess! Chris and his team returned it to like new. They also stretched the carpet where it had become loose and wavy and now it looks smooth and even. Give them a call. You will be glad you did!

Our carpet is 10 yrs old. It was loose in many places. The team stretched 3 rooms, then finished with a cleaning of4 rooms and the stairs. From start to finish, they were real professional. Revitalized our carpets. I couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommend the Impressions team.
